Thursday- arrived early- warm up the hammies and some shoulder rehab.
Wall balls- EMOM- 10/12/14/16/18/20 just working on dropping my arms to my side...

Tuesday- good hammie and shoulder warm up.
Dumbbell squat snatches- all 3 ub reps on each arm. 15/25/35/50/60/70/80 felt good. Would welcome this type of exercise on a metcon.

I sure hope that we keep on having these boards to freely discuss our passion. If they do decide to cut it I hope that they give us time to copy to another venue.

Thurs- long day at work- arrived at the gym and did warm up hammies and shoulder rehab-
Dead lift- 155, 225, 265 for sets of 5, 305, 340, 365, 405 felt very heavy. Back down for 4 sets of 5 reps...

Thursday- rehab and quick warmup with the class- Coach Kyle comes up with some cool games- This one was 3 cal on ski erg, open egg and do what is on the paper- usually push ups, burpees, air squats....
