Brazilian Jiu Jitsu mainly mate plus fought MMA too.. both of which are on an indefinate hiatus until my body is sorted of these injuries lol, my health means a bit more!

Right, as ever, get a correct diagnosis first before I worry ;)
Theres a chance it could be that to be honest, read up a bit since you posted this and its likely caused by too many hyperextensions...

Yeah thats about right, I'd say always 3/4 or slightly more extended it locks, and it's definatly where those bones meet. Happens rarely on the left arm, quite often on the right.

Steven - I have probably got what you would describe as lax joints - elbows seem to hyperextend easy etc, wouldn't particuarly say double jointed. Yet could still be brought on by the lack of care...

Well I was given exercises by my physio to help me draw my scapula back and correct a winged scapula.. its just the movement of bringing the blades back without using upper traps/lats

Something I've never done before... My physio has described that I need to change the neuro-muscular connection between my brain and the way I fire the small muscles in my back to draw the shoulder...

Clicking / loose feeling in knee...
After session of squatting (one thing I could do without hurting shoulder, lol) I did too many but must have had slightly bad technique, my knee was feeling sore in the soft part on the inside bottom...

Not sure what you mean by either shoulder protraction or thoracic flexion lol.. forward head posture is something I noticed right away, having to concentrate all the time to pull my head back...
