Re: crossfit making me weaker?

Can you tell us what your diet consists of?

How many calories per day? What types of food are you eating?

Re: Working out pay for trainers

Shawna,

If your application is good then the approval will come. Start small and work your way up from there.

Also, have you used any of your current affiliate owners for help?

Does your town not allow home businesses at all, or is your house just not zoned for the business?

If it doesn't allow it at all then move to a storage facility and do it there. You can find some...

Re: Constant Contact & Custom Newsletter Templates?

Stuart,

I just use one of those generic templates to get ours out.

The other thing is that we are beginning to see better results with text only emails instead of picture rich newsletters....

Re: Constant Contact & Custom Newsletter Templates?

Stuart,

We are doing some promotions via the web that tie back into CC as well. I think it's a good idea and you can easily keep in front of your prospects and members.

The one warning that I...

Re: Affilate approval process?

Mason,

If you wrote the essay from the heart, you will be fine. I don't personally know anyone that has been declined, but I have heard about a few. Whether that is true or not.....who knows.

Re: Overhead Squat and Jerk Help!!

IMO, I would work on the push press until it gets better. Definitely going too low in your dip. Remember that the dip is short and powerful. Your hips need to be driving in that drive portion, or...

Re: Looking to start up my own Gym.

IMO, don't waste your money on NASM. I did, and I can tell you that it is completely worthless. NASM and CrossFit L1 are two completely different things.

NASM = Good program if you want to teach...

Maybe the happy medium is to replace it once and...

Re: Demographics: what's good and what's bad?

Then I called...
