Since you are not lifting a lot of weight, it hasn't been hard to get those numbers eating a small amount of food.
If you'd like to squat 250, then I think it's safe to say you will have to eat...

CrossFit is more than an activity. It is an organization that certifies people to instruct an activity. That is why you have a Level 1 cert and pay an affiliation fee, isn't it?
