To compare the sport of cycling with CF is wrong to start with. Were talking about a men who made millions of dollars vs Rich who made? My guess not even 1/4 of lance's salary. So no on that scale RF...

They should do another study with those who used HGH, STH etc would be interesting to see what that does years after since those substances are one of the few who are capable of creating hyperplasia...

This is partially true but at some point a lifter/athlete need the PED's to maintain there level of fitness because the body is unable to support those amounts of muscle mass, strength, endurance etc...

But this will help you only that far. As a athletes progresses the type of periodization should shift from linear to a more refined method like block periodization for instance.

You dont become a pro/elite over night! It takes a lot of effort and time to get to a certain lvl on which you can do these workout correctly.

So for beginners it would be wise to start different...

FSQ and goblet squat are no problem as long as a take a semi wide stance. To be honest I dont think my hips are the problem here (why i bent forward too much). Best guess is thoracic spine, shoulders...

I can do a PL SQ (low bar, wide stance) and go below parallel easy withoud having ankle problems thats for sure, when I get a more narrow stance the ankle starts to act up. If I do an OHS I struggle...
