Re: Deleting account
Threads in the bucket are cleaned up (i.e. deleted) periodically. If you're looking for something old there, it's probably gone . . . unless Google cache picked it up back when it was still there.

Camille is correct, Derek. We can delete your account, but your posts (and your name as the author) will remain. Your hometown vanishes, though, so you can deny it in the future. Post here if you...

Re: Basement Gym In Progress Pictures!
Kurt will be taking a nice little 1-week break to contemplate life in our rather multinational world.
Steven Holm, please PM me. I'm trying to come up with a reason why you shouldn't, too.

Watching this one . . . please keep it a politics-free zone.

The guy's an architect and mechanical engineer, not a web designer (ok, he can hire that talent).
All the love and engineering has gone into the machine . . . it's monstrously overbuilt for home...

Re: The biggest waste of time and space ever.

Re: The biggest waste of time and space ever.
Actually, it's merely very, very expensive.
It's basically a push-pull isokinetic device. Please don't knock it unless you've actually used it (I have).

Re: CrossFit Endurance forum? Please?
We actually had an "LEO/Military" forum here a long time ago. We eventually closed it for two (interrelated) reasons:
a) it got very little traffic . . . maybe 2 or 3 new threads a month
b)...

Re: CrossFit and the elliptical machine
30/30 or 60/60 can be a decent workout, but it probably depends on the machine. If the machine allows you to adjust both "tension" and angle, then 60/60 is good. It may take 5 or even 10 seconds to...

Richard, the g-y-m-b-o-s-s interval timer is a nice piece of equipment, well worth recommending. Unfortunatlely, they have (or at least used to have) a *really* annoying marketing gimmick where if...

Very nice. 10 rounds in 22 minutes today; 155-pound cleans (my bw; wouldn't have gotten very many with 185). Nice workout; my thanks to Andy.
