Michael:

Last time this rep scheme in the WOD, I went with:

10 reps - 75% of max
20 reps - 55%
30 reps - 45%

That seemed to work pretty well for me.

I'm still out of the mix. A little over 1 week with no CrossFit (Doctor's order) = John not Happy:mad:.

The pain in my neck/trap is getting better and there is less pain radiating down right arm...
