Struggled with a shoulder/neck injury this week. Couldnt lift arm above shoulder without some intense Pain. Feeling better today but i was cautious.

Ran about 2.5 miles in total including weighted .25ms, inclines and polar sprints...

Ran 1 mile to warm up then did the kickboxathon which consisted of:

3 miles (we ran outdoors in 35 degree weather in a light rain, ugh)

1/31/09 Crossfit WOD and :pepper:'s class

Did Nicole as Rx'ed before class and managed 7 rounds in 19:15. Pull ups were chin-up grip: 8,6,9,8,6,7 for a total of 1.5 miles run and 44 pullups.
