Kipping Pull ups on door gym

This maybe the dumbest question ever asked, but have anyone figured out a way to do the kipping pull ups on one of those door pull up bars, that is removable like Iron gym.
I tried it and got lucky...

If you are in Chinese Gymnastic progam and you are 5 years old, it should feel like pain. So pray to Mao. If you are an adult, pain will lead to injuries.

Normal Burpees-no. I did this variation when my legs would shoot back a foot or so further back. That day I had sore lats. Maybe you did that without thinking about it.

Beast skills kind of slowed down. Bodyweightculture is still going strong.
Dumbells and bodyweight is more then you need for any kind of workout.

I just found this thread.
I was always taught to keep my back from rounding. After all you want to stretch the hamstrings. There is benefit from crazy curving your spine just to stretch your back...

I notice that heavy weight kick boxers have muscular legs. So maybe kick training add to leg strength.

That depends on your energy level, food intake, and zest for life. lol
That kind of schedual would drain me, but I know a few people in their forties and fifties who do this and feel great.

I think that it should be the opposite. You are upside down, so there is more blood flowing to your head. I usually get red face after hand stand push ups.

Isn't both of them that thing when you are on a machine and you bend from the hips forward and than back up. Just moving your upper body back and fourth and you are not standing?

If you have bad knees, you may mess them up. On the other hand if you have strong flexible knees, I don't it will be a problem.
