I've been focusing on more grip work and bought some Grip4orce fat bar gripper thingies to use on...

Five Fingers must be overstocked or in trouble
During their labor day sale I managed to get a pair of black size 46 mens KSOs for an insanely cheap price.

I got "Inside the Box" and "Learning to Breathe Fire."
I have hard copies and pdfs of the 5/3/1 books. Great strength programming there.

Re: Good fitness books on Kindle?
Thanks!
I'm finding I like fiction on the kindle, but not the exercise/fitness books so much. The screen isn't really big enough for a lot of the diagrams, and it's harder to mark two or three...

Good fitness books on Kindle?
I just got several Dan John books on Kindle, and I noticed most of Pavel's books are available. I also got "The Sports Gene" - which looks interesting.
I notice there are a ton of "CrossFit" kindle...

I used to drink a gallon a day - when I lived in Alaska. I moved to Arizona, and now I drink 2 gallons a day during the summer. During the winter I move back to...

Re: Seen at the globo yesterday

Re: Low bar vs. High Bar, once again
Since we've drifted to warm-ups -
I do
45 (the bar) 12 reps
135 8 reps

Re: Low bar vs. High Bar, once again
Interesting, given you know nothing about my particular body structure or training history.
