Thanks Steven. I do usually stay away from bread, but it does help curb cravings to have a zone meal with bread. Soups do also because of the water content I use.

Plus, I tried the shrimp and egg...

Fiber count?

I've heard several people say to remove dietary fiber from the gram counting for blocks.
Like if a slice of bread has 18g of carbs, but 6 of that are fiber. So the bread is actually only 12 grams...

No problem Ivan, your insight is appreciated. I'm always using the wrong jargon. My zone perfect snack was an apple, 2 oz's of string cheese, and 6 wasabi alomonds.
