Here is a little taste of what we did last week:

1x 1-2 combo(1 jab+1 straight right) on heavy bag+1 push up
2x 1-2 combo+2 push up
3x 1-2 combo+3 push up
4x 1-2 combo+4 push up
5x 1-2 combo+5...

I prefer to train with my mouthpiece too for 2 reasons:
1. to get used to it
2. it is harder to breath with mouthpiece, so another usefull thing for fighters.

And don't worry, as soon as rumours...

Looks much better.
Keep changing things, do not let them get used to it.
Streching could be another usefull thing to throw somewhere in the programming.

Sometimes we do focus mitts drills like...

I like the so called "partner excercises" for conditioning, like carry a teammate, squat with him, multiple takedowns, light body-slams onto a foamy, soft surface-concentrating on the pick-up...

True, bloody true. You can do any kind of tabata protocoll, it is completly different when some is in your face, punching/kicking continuously.
