I agree with sean...use your hips a bit more..drop lower to recieve the bar..and quicker elbows..but you do have pretty good form for a guy who just did a 5:15 Fran lol

I wore a 20lb weight vest along with this workout..really had trouble on the OVH cause of my lack of sholder felxibility..the strength...

The thing to remember is to not just focus on maxing out your PST score cause that will not even get you through...

75 hang power cleans at 98#
