getting back into shape

So it's been some time now since I have been involved with fitness and exercise on a regular basis. Part of this is my own laziness and part is the amount of time spent in the library for school....

thanks andrew for the information. is there a specific reason for choosing one of those (clomid, hcg, or nolvadex)? is it to use one over the other depending on the test boost or steroids being used...

that sounds false. there are many sources of complete proteins which are not animals based. most sprouts contain all of the essential amino accids and are easier for your body to diggest than meat....
