Andrew is right pick a proven program and eat alot more. buy some scales for like $20 and weigh yourself everyday to check your weight which will tell you if your not eating enough or too much

yeah ive benched since i was 15 years old and was introduced to crossfit when i was 18 where is tarted the other lifts. Im 6 foot on the dot and 94 kgs i went up to 98 kgs while doing 5x5 stronglifts.

on the first week ill do the wods on upper body days then the next week switch and do the lower body days and assistance on the upper body
