Beat Knee Pain
I just wanted to say how much Crossfit is helping me manage my knee injury.
I've had 2 arthroscopies, a Tibial Tubercle Transfer, OATS procedure, lateral release. 2 pins in my knee. This was 2003....

Yes i've seen a few physio therapists. They recommended the usual cycling, hamstring strengthening, static quad exercises, and the muscle around the knee is now strong.

Here are my Mark 1 rings
The one on the left was only in the oven for 10 mins so was harder to bend. The one on the right was in for 13 mins as Rx'd and came out much better.

What puzzles me with knee rehab is that the standard knee doc advice always says rowing and cycling are ok, but squats aren't??...
