4x8 195lbs speed squats.

Prowler work

Wore out the legs some today. May suffer this weekend when we spend time playing as a family.

Really noticed how weak I am now on this. Atm strength has greatly diminished compared to leg str.

When you lose 30-40lbs on your squat it's not as "huge" vs...

Been busy but lifting some. Did some arm work (speed). Some cardio last two days. This cold weather and sprinting isn't fun.

So hit it harder today and felt good. Managed a 385 back squat for a training max today. Will probably do front squats next week and something else the week after.

Weighed myself, took pictures...

Week has been a good week. Added some supplements from At Large and can tell that I am less tired and do recover better.

Front squatted 300 (wrist was hurting from old injury) and pressed out 160...

Speed work squat day.

used 185 and did 4x10 Went well other than a little slow on breathing.

Otherwise nothing major to report ;)

Couldn't get 3 sets of this which is very frustrating. Used to 3x 165 per set..

Just tired and no real muscle endurance.

Pulled 375x5 and stopped there. Heart monitor went off so no point pushing for 395 or whatever.

Sept 30

1 squat clean on the minute and add 1 per minute
135lbs

Made it through 7 rounds and didn't make the 8th round. Felt totally gassed. Good workout but got the heart rate going.

September 29th

Was out for 2 weeks. Started having heart issues (irregular beat) so dr put me on a hold until a 30 day Heart monitor came in. So in now and given the to ahead to work out again but...

5-5-5-5-5 OHS.

Hit 185x5 on set 4 and 205x4

Wrist gave out on the 205 set. Had not been that heavy in 4 months.

Was glad all felt good otherwise.

Got 170 for my press. Was glad to get and sad since I was used to 185/190

Man this one was a smoker.... My heart rate was high from snatching that.

So I've been gone from working out for a bit...

About a year ago I had multiple heart procedures done because I have A-fib.

4 weeks ago I was finally taken off all my medication but my blood...
