I dont think I'm a monster but I did have a lot of energy left. I could scale up, but does anyone know if weight lifting and running after performing crossfit is performance enhancing?

Completed WOD in good time, but still have energy

I completed my WOD today, dont recall the name, but after I was done I had lots of energy left. I lifted weights and then ran for 45 mins after? Does this mess the whole crossfit concept up??

"Causal" as in cause and effect... For example, performing Crossfit 5 times a week causes better strength and cardio vascular gains than weight lifting and running seperately...etc, etc
