yesterday was a chest day at home in basement with my daughter Dia.
5 sets flat bench press 125,145, 165, 185, 205,6 reps ea
incline press same weights 5 reps
2 sets of 10 pullups

well long time no post. I got pretty sick as a result of tremendous stress ended up with a severe sinus infection. felt bettrer on tues and did a good arm workout bi s and tri s cant exactly remember...

10 65# upright rows
10 25#weighted incline situps
5 incline situps
20 50# flat db press leaving one arm suspended
10 65#curls ez curl bar.

Today was much better! warmed up with 9 mins treadmill 15% incline alternating forward and back each minute. 4mph

went to las vegas this past weekend and messed around in the hotel gym a little on saturday. today I just did a tricep day with 5 sets of 10 dips first set with assist second with body weight only...

warmed up ten minutes stairmaster level 7 average then ten mins treadmill for/ back 4.5mph
also hit 6 rotations of knee ups side crunches and dips 10 reps first 3 15 last 3
back to a lite metcon...
