Hi Rob - we do 3 elements classes for an hour each. We were really heavy on them in the beginning as well so 1 coach would do class and the other would do elements. Try to get as many new members...

I wanted to stop after 5 but Ben made me do all 10 and then I kicked his butt ;)...
