Where is a good place to find cheap change plates? I'm looking to pick up a handful of 1.25 lb & 2.5 lb.

How noisy is the WOD Bar 4.0 when dropped? I'm in a home gym and "stealth workouts" are ideal. Can does it compare to the Ohio Bar as far as clangy-ness?

I agree that the drill work from the knee and the hip will help a lot... as long as you get to your knee slowly and "sweep" the bar back to you while you're doing so.
The simple cue of "elbows back"...

I almost always have wrist wraps, knee sleeves, weightlifting shoes, and nanos. I rarely use a belt, but prefer a thicker leather one when I do heavy squats / deads.
