Re: "Olympic size" bar surprisingly light

I measured the bar and it's just barely longer than 72 inches. It does not have center knurling. After doing some research, I found a men's olympic bar is 2.2 m long, weighs 20 kg, and has center...

Re: "Olympic size" bar surprisingly light

"Olympic size" bar surprisingly light

My girlfriend did a workout at a globo gym and commented on how the weights there seemed heavier. So I weighed the "olympic size" bar that came with the Kraiburg All Rubber Weightplate Package I...

Re: How do you partition murph?

Whatever keeps you moving with the least amount of time where you're resting and thus not doing anything.

My fastest Murph was when I broke it into 25 sets of 4 pullups, 12 squats and 8 pushups.
