Press: 105
DL: 295 (New PR!, up from 275)

I would use the Smith while in the meantime look for another gym to work at. Or pay $30 and go to globogym, or find an independently owned gym that allows everything, or...find/start a CF affiliate.

Yeah, we didn't realize it until afterwards that in the UK you call people tossers all the time. We had a guy from UK come up with a new set of terminology because of it. :)

They don't have to point straight out like a front squat on the thruster because of the transition, but having the FS rack I think is easier because the weight is taken care of and my arms don't do...
