Do you realize you are doing pullups that equal more than you used to weight at your heaviest?! I bet you couldn't have rocked all those out before...

Ribs are tough, they move each time you breath. Vit C is supposed to help with healing. The best advice I can give is to not re-injure them! It really depends...
