Because sugar is half fructose which is way worse then glucose. Also why table sugar is better then agave syrup even though agave syrup is lower on the glycemic index.

Does that mean if you split the same calories between carbs and protein it keeps you under better control? Or does that mean if you eat the same amount of carbs and then some extra protein or fat it...

They're is a pretty large range you can do perfectly fine on. I love meat and eat 2-4 pounds a day. (raw weight, often including the bone weight if it has them) I am also a 6 foot tall 195 pound...

I think there are a lot of skinny girls out there that think if they look at a weight too long and eat more then 1/4 pound of meat a day they will wake up with an extra 20 pounds of muscle all in...

Dump the zone, eat A LOT of eggs and grass-fed milk, more then you are eating now and eat more of everything in general, supplement with fat soluble vitamins.

I have taken the pill form for about a year now, they do help with recovery but it can be dicey because the source matters a lot.
