Thanks for the info. I've had the same problem. Mounted it to 4x4's last night. It seems to have corrected the sliding.:thanx:

I have the free standing reflex heavy bag from Title Boxing. It uses sandbags as the base and is the most stable free standing bag I've used. Great for kicking and striking.

I have all three but I believe RX Jump Ropes are the best. Since I've gotten my RX rope I don't use any of the others. I bought the ultra 1.8 rope.

If Hi-Temp could make bumpers 450 mm diameter, I believe that is the only ones I would buy. They are durable and made in the USA.
