Rogue Rings With Straps

I have two small labrum tears and an inflamed bursa. Just had surgery and I have been told yes. Full ROM. Eventually....

I never could get the pullups down until I started doing negatives. They helped tremendously. Just jump up and slowly lower yourself down for as many as you can with control.

I had cortisone. It didn't really help my issue. I ended getting surgery. My RX will be no CF.

I actually got under the bar today! Yay. It wasn't pretty and I could only barely grasp it with my fingertips but I did squats with the bar!!! :pepper: Tuesday will mark 3 weeks.

Just picked up a new Spinning bike. A Pro Form SPX 290 on sale at Sports Authority. Not the best not the worst. I realize it's not CF but does anyone else indulge?

Yeah. I am pretty much limited to hanging by my side. My PT was pretty impressed I could do that even.

Doing better. Still sore but my ROM and strength is better. Still can't get the flexibility to get under a barbell so I did a light dumbell workout today. Squats, lunges and deadlifts. Nothing more...

Bursitis is not a small deal. It's painful. A lot of my debridement was in the bursa area.
