Dimitri was nothing to do with weights, was playing sports when i got injured. But back to doing SS now.

Disagree. How do you lean out (eat less food) while continuing to strength train (add weight to the bar)? If this is possible why the conventional wisdom that to get stronger you have to eat more?

Who said that? Idiotic argument. I said for me, losing a kg of weight from my baseline (98ish kg), costs about 5kg on the squat. If i want to increase my squat i have to put on weight and i cant do...

friday off - allows you to have a 'weekend' without coming home just to lift.
big sleep on friday night allows you to train hard...

i cant believe i squatted over 100kg :\ now i'm struggling with 80! at least im not a ***** though. im training outside in 9C degrees and about to attempt a 3RM clean! :)
