Bodyweight: ca. 82,5kg / 182lbs


Bench: 115kg / ca. 253lbs - for 2reps

Deadlift: 200kg / ca. 440lbs - for 3reps

Squat: 155kg / ca. 341lbs - for 2reps

I have fix the Training with Gasmask in my Train Programm.

I take it for Stamina/Run-Training.

I run 4k or 6k with it.


On the photo you can see how i look like with it. :D

I have no space for my fist, because my bar is only 1 inch away of the Rack.

I thought the kipping belongs to the Muscle Up's. :confused:


Because, how should i convert from the pull up in the Dipp Position, without momentum?? :shrug:

Yes, there is 2 CF gym in Austria but both in Vienna, this is over 300 km away from me. :-( (I live in Carinthia )
