I disagree. Banana bags never move correctly when you punch them and they are hard to clinch and knee.

There is a reason you never see them in Thai camps or if you do, they are for farung.

Keawsamrit was great, Sor.Vorapin was crap, Fairtex Pattaya had great training but the nightlife crowd was way too much,...

The sand is a myth. I asked the trainers at Kaewsamrit gym what they filled their bags with. They said leather scraps, old rags, and cut up carpet.

Or you could just clinch non-stop for 20 minutes at the end of your training sessions.

A 5 K is long distance? If you are in fighting shape, that should be a warm up.
