Hey Howard

It might be the simple green.
I usually run a vacuum over the mats and then use a wet swiffer. It dries quickly and doesn't leave any residue. Haven't had any slippage issues.

Practice a skill, and then put together a 10 minute AMRAP focusing on that skill.

We had 9 of us go through Tabata FGB yesterday, and the boxes made the difference.
