Sounds like tuck jumps are probably my best bet. You thinking at a ration of 2-3 tucks per 1rx box jump?

I asked specifically about a possible burpee to box jump ratio, or an alternative to box jumps since the area I workout in is limited, it turned into too many people worried about...

I wouldn't say pressing from your knees is perfectly fine. That seems like a good injury waitin to happen. Ill do some strict seated here and there but it puts a lot of pressure on my lumbar region...

There is an area in my basement which is slightly higher, about 7ft, so I am able to do burpees there, and only overhead movement I can do is HSPU.

No worries, I am about 5'8'' ceiling is about 6-6.5ft, pretty much anything jumping is out, can't even do DU's cause the rope hits the ceiling

If I can't do Box Jumps I sure as hell can't do these either...
Thanks for the help guys, I know it isn't a great sub, but IMO probably the closest thing I can do with my given space.
