Maybe all the "pre-qualified" athletes, ie previous winners and the top 5 athletes...

I'd wait for the minimus cross training. they were made with crossfitters in mind. I believe it has a zero drop as opposed to a 4mm drop on the other minimus shoes.

I like and think dead hang pull ups are better. i think the kip and butterfly pull ups are used to speed and people that dont have the strength to do a hang pull up.

I actually made up a workout very similar to this workout for me and a few friends. i upped the deadlift weight cause one of the guys i worked out with has a 505 dead, my deadlift pr is 340#

I've been using these wushu shoes called Feiyue. They are thin, remind me of chucks style wise, and they are cheap. I have been wearing them everywhere and during workouts for 3 months straight.

I've been using these cheap wushu shoes that i am in love with. Thinner/lighter/cheaper/more flexible than chucks. Feiyue shoes are only 15$!!!!

you can always try staggering everything. like pull ups, cleans, burpees..

have your buddy start first and you start 5 mins after him.
or you start at the pull up bar, and your buddy at the cleans...
