9, 6, 5 reps

We were supposed to stop when speed starts to slow down, so sets were not to failure. Also had to do a dead hang between each rep,...

Turkish get-up maximum weight. Got 1.5pood. I can't press 2pood, so that was pretty much end of story.

Do as many KB swings as possible in 20 minutes with a catch. The catch was that every time you have to stop doing KB swings, you run 400m.

Got 112 reps @ 1.5 pood.

OK, so my current thoughts are trying to eat around 4000 calories per day. That should translate to around 1000 calories above my daily calorie expenditure and I would be gaining around 2lbs per week...
