We get the raw milk here for $10 a gallon but that is also paying someone to bring it across from PA which is 50 miles away.
So worth it though

135# clean and 155# clean form check??
I am self taught on all my lifts. The 135 felt easy!! And the 155 if 90% of my 1 RM.
