It's a long shot, but is anyone looking to sell their women's 15kg barbell?

I am pretty sure it's 4 sets of clean pull+power clean+clean at 75% and then again at 80%. The three movements are considered 3 reps. That is why it's written as 4 sets of 3 reps.

I have a small hand, so the 15kg bar is great.

But more importantly, it's important that we train with the 15kg bar, because that's what is used in WL competitions.

Go to http://weightliftingevents.com/ to register. The first one is going to be at CF Downtown Winston on Feb 26.

Oh, ok. I was under the impression that front squat was for cleans and overhead squats were for snatches. Yup. I will get that front squat number up! Remember, I only started getting into these lifts...

I love it!

For me, I've always had a pretty good form/technique for CF stuff, and strength has always been my weakness. So, I'm kind of excited that it's the other way around!
