Sorry bro, not even close to this. notice in the video when she demonstrates an immature squat. Her butt is level or below the level of her knees. your butt does not come even close to the level...

Your squat is really bad and difficult to fix. Its not your back that lacks flexibility its your hamstrings and hip flexors. We tried to explain this to you on Sat. the video on...

yes it would. you dont wont to consume any calories during your fasted state. if you do, you are redirecting your body to do something with calories you just consumed.
