So raw eggs? I will try this tomorrow after my workout. I usually have the time to cook eggs with fresh veggies but in a rush I can just throw it in a big mug and microwave it, grab a fork, and go.

Just read this whole thread. You cannot blame athletes lifting what they can with what they are allowed to lift with. Competitions are a sport and just like in any professional sport they will use...
