Oh and sleeping a fair amount more as well now, and eating more in general has helped my energy levels the past few days. Will be dropping to approximately 16-18 hours per week of martial arts...

Might just carry my training partner (72kgs. I'm 78kgs) for 2 laps round the track before goin gym. Just need to take an extra minute or two to run in to the gym n change shoes n stuff. Any ideas?
