CF-style pushups = hands off the ground when chest hits the deck to full extension. first time doing them this way, and enjoyed the change of pace. removed the "stretch reflex" making the pushups...

I've been working towards a goal of 100 perfect, full-ROM pushups continuously for since June. I do the some pushup routines before my CF workouts, and max out once/week. Real life gets in the way...
