when i hit the push jerkl just right i can feel it all over my body. in the core area trying to stabalize the load. i have to keep the weight low in order to hit the move just...

used the tread mill at the atterbury gym.

tried the CF pullups....it is gonna take a while to get...

ballooned up to 222lbs prolly cuz on the recovery time frim surgery and the amount of pizza i had over the weekend

I'm back!!
First work out since the surgery.
I forgot to time my work out today might be a good thing cuz it took for ever.
i subed muscle up with pull ups and dips
the burpees kick ***
