Re: OH work w/shoulder mobility issues

Re: OH work w/shoulder mobility issues

Re: OH work w/shoulder mobility issues

That's great Sean, but should the man be doing overhead squats that are all jacked up? That's the question. Because it doesn't seem like a good thing to me

Re: Rx vs Faster times

What's up with the technical lifts for time tho? Power cleans for time? I see some U-G-L-Y power cleans under those conditions. Same goes for snatch. Not wise IMO. Run for time, yes. Pushups for...

Re: Military Boot Running

Nick, all army SF strongly recommend that you bring a broken in pair of boots with you to SFAS/Q to run/ruck in. Same goes for Ranger school, etc. Wear ur new boots into the shower/pool and run in...

PVC blues

OK y'all, went to Rip's seminar and, his opinions of CF notwithstanding, he poo-poohed the whole "grab a piece of PVC and learn the proper way" to lift theory, citing zero or poor NMP engagement due...

Re: Conditional use permit

For what its worth...I made an appointment with the local economic development team so they're going to help walk me thru the red tape, and I've got no real capital to speak of...I think the "stay...

Re: New 45 year old from Long Beach, CA

Jim,
I get headaches if I am not properly hydrating, getting enough rest or if I consume too much sugar...of course, your body/head probably isn't used to the intensity of CF either...drive on!

Re: Model B for $400

I was looking at Concept 2's today and I think that if I bought an older model, used, then down the line I'd wish I'd got at least a "D" with a PM3...so I'm saving for it...it's $900 well-spent for a...
