Wondering if anyone has a heater that they can recommend. I need to warm up a 3500 square foot facility. Something indoor-safe. Code here is "anti-frost units" which we have and they keep the pipes...

Jacob, Stu is right. Its overhead anyhow. The dumbbells are a 2 handed clean but a one handed overhead - press, pp, pj, ugly, its all allowed. Axels, Bars and log are 2 handed overhead.
