If cleaning doesn't improve the problem it may be the bearings inside the rollers or the rollers themselves. They can be replaced for very cheap. I believe people have purchased the bearings on Ebay...

Add in some sprint work. Find a soccer field and do sets up 50m and 100m sprints. Find a hill or steep staircase and do sprints. Doing this a few days a week along with WODs was the best way for me...
