Re: GSP VS. Silva, GSP stand a chance?

I've seen Stefan Struve get KO'd a couple of times. Ain't nobody got a longer reach than him :)

I think Jones is dominant but will still have to pay his dues and defend his title against all comers...

Re: Flat feet / rebuilding arches

Re: Rolfing?

Trigger points exist. They're doing some very cool microanalytical techniques at the NIH in Bethesda, led by a guy named Jay Shah, MD. TrPs have a unique biochemical make up which is different from...

Re: A question about the Paleo Diet

If we're getting all nitpicky here...again...I'll mention my dislike of the term Almond Milk/Rice Milk/Soy Milk etc. You must have mammary glands to produce milk. Never seen any nut, grain of rice...

Re: Growing a beard

Beards are definitely awesome. I go back and forth with/without one. Living in GA they are better in the winter.

Shave your neck. Keep your skin clean underneath.

Re: I-pod induced rage outs

Dude, six?!?! That's crazy. When my wife informed me that number 4 was on the way I did not hesitate to call the urologist. The big V for me was like a wod, not a lot of fun but over in 15...

Re: Inversion Therapy and Reverse Hypers for Spondylolisthesis

Numbness is a concern. In addition to neutral position x-rays you should have up to date flexion and extension views to check for stability vs instability

Re: Droid vs. Iphone

I have heard that Apple and Verizon are trying to broker a deal. In the not too distant future you may not have to decide based on carrier.

My wife and I have iPhones and love them. Good friend has...

Re: UFC 115 Liddell vs Franklin

I'm pulling for Condit even though I like what I see from MacDonald. Condit is hard to finish and perhaps that will discourage the youngster.

Pulling for Chuck but he may disappoint. Both guys...

Re: UFC 112 "Invincible" predictions

Silva by KO. I really hope that this fight goes to the ground at least one time. I would love to see how well Silva fares against Maia on the mat. I think he'll do well...at least he'll avoid a...

Re: Tuf 11

Man, there were a lot of quick KO's on last night's premiere. Either there's some decent talent or they were fighting cans. Tito grates on my nerves sometimes, but I'll still watch.

Really enjoyed...

Re: UFC 111 predictions

I've never personally seen Silva lose a fight but apparently he was subbed a couple of times over in Japan (someone with a longer history of mma fandom can confirm this hopefully).

Of course, that...

Re: UFC 111 predictions

I don't know. I get the strange feeling that moving up to 185 may be in GSP's long term plans. The preview show talked about how he's making considerable effort to put on additional mass. I think...
