Yeah, they are definitely getting easier. I think my squat has seen the most improvement. I guess I just wasn't pushing it enough before.

Nice PR's Ben. I can't believe you can't do a muscle up with the numbers you put up. It must just be technique issues. I would kill to have you mile time by the way. 14 round 10 min cindy is awesome....
