Thanks, all. Good things to think about. Def need to think more in terms of eating for recovery. I'm 42, and definitely noticing that recovery time is a problem for me.

Albert,

Yes, to get into a lower weight class. There aren't that many women in Muay Thai, and almost none in the heavier weight classes. So, if I want to fight, I need to be lighter.
