ive had my KSO's for almost a year now and they have always felt tight around my big toes... to be honest theyre a little torn up around the toes but they havent failed me yet, i think they will...

in the mornings i pack a decent sized bag of nuts/seeds, grab a couple handfuls each time i feel a tad bit hungry... also i top almost every meal off with a avocado... something about the high "good"...

i usually row 500m in about 1:55 for a warm up, never really tried to go all out for a better time. definitely going to put that on the list.
