I bought www.sectcrossfit.com from Go Daddy. About 10 minutes of work and I was good to go. It takes up to 24 hours for everyone to be redirected to the new web address.

I had that problem for awhile. Two things I noticed that helped were:

1. Posting everyday
2. Putting words on the blog that would be comkonly searched for by CFers and fitness people.

yeah, sometimes it (W/F/S labeling) gets taken a lil' over the top. This one was pretty evident by the name of the site....I thought.

You just copy the code and paste it into a new Page Element (HTML page element). Once you get it you'll be like "oh, that was easy."

If I were you I would pay the 5-10 bux and by a domain name to shorten the web address. It's easier for your clients to remember. I hate their tech support, but the software is really easy to use.
