Re: Thoracotomy and Loss

Thanks Paul, it does make me feel better, although that's a terrible story about your neighbor. I consider myself very lucky and blessed. I'm re-evaluating my "rest day" activities. :)

Thanks guys! I made a mistake, though! After measuring, I found my ceiling to be 7' 6" (oh boy). I'm still only 5' 7", so maybe I can make it work...thanks for all the input.

8 foot ceiling limitation

So, I'm shopping around trying to start my very own garage gym. I've been working out at a Globo Gym, so I've never used rings. Is there any way to set up rings with only an 8 ft ceiling in a...

Re: "some" fruit - what do they mean?

Interesting...I never thought of it; I just assumed that it meant "fewer" portions of fruit per day when compared to veggies. I've been operating under the assumption that veggies trump fruit. ...

Re: Thoracotomy and Loss

Thanks Katherine,

I took your advice: after my walk today I figured it'd be a good time to start doing pushups. I could only do them from my knees and when I did five my body got very upset with...

Re: PWO and Fasting

John,

This fasting regimine is new to me, in fact. I had--about a year ago--experimented with a stricter eating window and daily fasting of 16-18 hours. I withered away like I had the plague, so...
